PART XXX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT


Section 214. Payment out.

(1) Before payment out of any sum in Court, proof may be required by the Registrar of due authority to receive the same.

(2) Before making any payment out the Registrar shall ask any money which is in debt to the Government being paid or settle from the sum.
