Section 3. Saving of prerogative.
Nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or affect the prerogative rights and power of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the Islamic Religion of the State as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of Kelantan and the Federal Constitution.
