PART XVII - AFFIDAVITS
Section 109. Forms.
Subject to the provisions of Part XI, an affidavit shall ordinarily be in Form 11. If the deponent understands Malay but is unable to read, the jurat shall be in Form 12. If the deponent does not understand Malay, the jurat shall be in Form 13 or 14.
