Section 82. Procedure for service of summons.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Part and in particular to the provisions relating to substituted service, the service of any document shall be by personal servIce, and shall be effected by delivering the original copy of the document or by producing it for inspection and delivering a copy thereof.

(2) A copy bearing the seal or stamp of the Court and the signature of its proper officer shall, for the purpose of subsection (0, be deemed to be an original copy of the document.

(3) Service shall be effected by an officer of the Court issuing the document or of another Court or, with the permission of the Court, by any other person.
