ENACTMENT No. 1 Of 1984 ISLAMIC FAMILY ENACTMENT 1979
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment shall be known as the Islamic Family Enactment 1979 and shall come into force on such date as His Highness the Sultan may appoint in the Gazette.
Provided His Highness may from time to time appoint different dates by notification in the Gazette the operation of different provision or Part of this Enactment.
