PART XXV - OBJECTION PROCEEDINGS
Section 187. Bailiff not to sell.
Where an objection has been filed an served on him as provided in section 186, the bailiff shall not sell the property in question without leave of the Court, unless it be subject to rapid decay or deterioration, and shall in any event pay the proceeds of any sale into Court to await futher order.
