PART XXI - POWERS OF JUDGE AND REGISTRAR



Section 210. Appeal against order of Registrar.

(1) An appeal may be made to the Judge in Chambers against any judgment, order or decision of the Registrar.

(2) An appeal under this section shall be made by serving on every other party to the proceeding in which the judgment, order or decision has been given a notice in Form MS 53 specifying the grounds of appeal.

(3) Unless the Court otherwise orders, the notice shall be filed within 7 days after the judgment, order or decision appealed against was given or made and served not less than 2 clear days before the day fixed for hearing of the appeal.

(4) Except in so far as the Court may otherwise direct, an appeal under this section shall not operate as a stay of the proceedings in which the appeal is brought.

(5) The decision of the Judge in Chambers shall be final.
