Section 112. Rujuk without consent from the wife.

A husband who pronounces a rujuk without first obtaining a consent from the wife shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
