Section 17. Enticing other person’s wife
Any person who entices or causes other person’s wife to abscond or leave her matrimonial home shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court may order the said wife to return to her husband.
