PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU PERAK

Section 22. Conduct of business.

(1) Save as otherwise expressly provided by this Enactment, all business of the Majlis shall be conducted at a meeting thereof and shall be disposed of by resolution of the mojority of the members present.

(2) A resolution in writing agreed by all members of the Majlis shall, unless in any special case or class of cases Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan otherwise directs, have the same effect as a resolution duly passed under subsection (1).
