SYARIAH CRIMINAL OFFENCES ENACTMENT 2013
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title, commencement and application
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Offences Enactment 2013.
(2) This Enactment comes into operation on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the
Gazette
.
(3) His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions of this Enactment.
(4) This Enactment applies only to persons professing the religion of Islam.
