PART XXII - JUDGMENT DEBTOR SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ECT.
Section 166. Judgment debtor summons.
(1) Subject to subsection (2) a judgment creditor may summon any person examined under a summons which in this Part referred to as a judgment debtor summons substantially in Form 22. The summons shall be personally served not less than five clear days before the day fixed for hearing unless the Court otherwise orders.
(2) In any of the cases enumerated in section 137 no judgment debtor summons shall be issued except upon leave given in the manner prescribed by such section.
