(2) Every affidavit must be signed by the deponent and the jurat must be completed and signed by the person before whom it is affirmed according to any of the forms in Form MS 26.
(3) Notwithstanding the provision of subsection (1), the Court may, in its discretion, accept an affidavit notwithstanding any irregularity in its form.
