PART V - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE, CHILDREN AND OTHERS
Section 47. Application of F.M. Ordinance No. 36/50.
(1) The Married Women and Children (Maintenance) Ordinance 1950, shall not apply in the State of Kelantan to any person professing the Islamic religion and whose wife or whose children professes the Islamic religion, except in respect of the maintenance of illegitimate children.
(2) This Part of this Enactment shall apply only to claims made by a Muslim against a Muslim.
