PART VI - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE AND CHILDREN
Section 51. Assessment of maintenance.
In determining the amount of maintenance that is appropriate to be paid the Court shall base its assessment primarily on the ability and the needs of the parties requiring the maintenance regardless of the rate as compared to the salary of the person under this liability to pay the maintenance but due regard to be paid on the person responsible for the breakdown of the marriage.
