Section 33. Warrante to whom directed.
(1) A warrant of arrest shall ordinarily be directed to the Religious Enforcement Officer and all Assistant Religious Enforcement Officers, and any such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
(2) The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the Chief Police Officer of the State and all other police officers in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan or any person or persons by name and all any one or more of such persons may execute the same.
