PART VIII - GENERAL
Section 122. Presumption from acknowledgment can be rebutted.
The presumption that arises from the acknowledgment that a person is the father of the child acknowledged by him can only be rebutted by-
(a) a refusal on the part of the person acknowledged to be the child;
(b) proof that the difference in age between the person acknowledging and the person acknowledged as child is so small or that the age of the person acknowledging is so great, as to make the relationship claimed impossible physically;
(c) proof that the child acknowledged is the child of another person;
(d) proof that the mother of the child could not have been the lawful wife of the acknowledger at the time of conception of the child.
