WAKAF ENACTMENT (PERAK) 2015
PART VII - POWERS OF MAJLIS
Section 28. Purchasing of property
(1) The Majlis may purchase any property for the purpose of
wakaf
by utilising moneys from-
(a)
Wakaf
Fund;
(b)
Baitulmal
; or
(c) other permitted sources.
(2) Any property purchased under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a
wakaf.
