PART V - ISLAMIC SCHOOL INSPECTORS
Section 17. Appointment of Islamic School Inspectors
The Majlis may appoint such number of Islamic School Inspectors as may be necessary, whose duties shall include-
(a) the inspection, from time to time, of Islamic Schools as to the teaching of the authorised curriculum, the use of textbooks, teachers employed and the proper compliance with this Enactment or rules made thereunder or the Registrar's instructions;
(b) the investigation of any Islamic School relating to any matters authorised by the Registrar;
(c) the examination of the Islamic School Account; and
(d) the reporting of any irregularities, including the making of such suggestions as may be necessary to the Registrar.
