PART IX - GENERAL
Section 44. Construction of instruments of Wakaf.
Where in the opinion of Majlis, the meaning or effect of any instruments or declaration creating or affecting any wakaf is obscure or uncertain, the Majlis may refer the same to the Court for its decision as to the meaning or effect thereof and shall act on any order given by the Court.
