PART IX - FINANCIAL
Section 36. Usufruct or benefit from wakaf am or wakaf khas
(1) Usufruct or benefit received by the Majlis from a
wakaf
khas
, shall be utilised in accordance with the prescribed terms for such
wakaf khas
.
(2) Usufruct or benefit received by the Majlis from
wakaf
am shall be added to and be part of the
Wakaf
Fund.
