ENACTMENT NO. 2 OF 1985 SYARIAH CRIMINAL CODE 1985
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement
This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Code 1985 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint the different dates by notification in the Gazette for the coming into force of the different sections or parts in this Code.
