Section 54. Admission of copy of information as evidence.

In any proceeding under this Code a copy of an information made under the provisions of section 52 certified to be a true copy by a Religious Enforcement Officer, shall be admitted as evidence of the contents of the original and of the time, place and manner in which the information was so recorded.
