PART X - GENERAL
Section 121. Power to make rules and regulations.
(1) His Highness the Sultan may, by notification in the Gazette make rules and regulations to regulate the practice and procedure in all proceedings involving matrimonial matters under this Enactment as His Highness deems beneficial and specify and regulate the payment and costs to be made with regards to all such proceedings.
(2) Subject to sub-section (1) all proceedings under this Enactment shall be governed by the practice and procedure of the court as provided by the law relating to civil and criminal procedure
