PART XIII - AMENDMENT
Section 85. Method.
Amendment shall be made by filing a fair copy of the amended document, which shall indicate in what manner the document was amended, and serving the other party or parties :
Provided that if amendment is ordered during the trial of any action or proceeding or if all parties are present when the amendment is made, the Court may in its discretion amend the document on the file and service on the parties shall not then be necessary.
