PART IV - DIVORCE
Section 45. Rights regarding maskahwin.
Nothing contained in this Enactment shall affect any rights which the wife may have under the Hukum Syarak regarding the maskahwin and pemberian given to her or any part thereof and due to her on the dissolution of the marriage.
