CHAPTER 9 - TO ENSURE THE EVIDENCE OF THE WITNESSES ARE TRUE



Section 126. Denial over witnesses.

When the defendant or the accused denied (ta'in) over witnesses whether before or after examination by inserting something which stop the admissibility of evidence, the Judge shall asked him to give evidence.

Explanation - When the defendant or the accused proved it with evidence, the Judge shall reject the evidence of the witness. If the defendant or the accused fail to prove what he said, the Judge shall proceed with the examination if it had not been done and deliver judgment depanding on the evidence of the witnesses if the examination is over.
