PART V - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE, CHILDREN AND OTHERS
Section 68. Infirm and diseased person.
The Court shall have jurisdiction to order any person who is responsible in accordance with Hukum Syarak to maintain a person who is incapable of supporting himself, wholly or partly, by reason of infirmity of mind or body or disease, and if the Court is satisfied that considering the means of the person first mentioned it is reasonable to make such an order.
