Section 195. Unlawful collection for charitable purposes.

Whoever takes part in any collection of moneys or funds in contravention of section 164 (4) commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three years or with both and all moneys collected shall be forfeited by the Court and shall becomes the revenue of Bait-ul-Mal.
