Section 57. Decision on the appeal is final.

Except on the order of His Royal Highness the Sultan that the matter decded by the Syar'iah Appeal Court be reconsidered on the ground of fresh and important matter or evidence having arisen, the decision of the Syar'iah Appeal Court shall be final and binding on the parties to the appeal.
