PART XV - WITHDRAWAL AND SETTLEMENT
Section 95. Withdrawal of defence.
The defendant may at any time by giving notice to the plaintiff withdraw his defence or any part there of and shall in such event be precluded from defending the proceedings or part thereof, as the case may be.
