Section 4. Saving of prerogative
Nothing in this Code contained shall derogate or effect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of religion of the State as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Kelantan and the Federal Constitution.
