(1) With the coming into force of this Enactment, Part IX of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1960 [Enactment 15/1960] is hereby repealed and shall cease to apply in Negeri Sembilan.

(2) The repeal aforesaid mentioned shall not effect the operation of any proceedings or prosecution to offences committed before the coming into force of this Enactment, instituted under the repealed Part.

(3) The repeal aforesaid mentioned also shall not effect the operation of the repealed Enactment on anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred therein.
