PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title, commencement and application.

(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal (Negeri Sembilan) Enactment 1992.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Besar by notification in the Gazette and shall apply to the State of Negeri Sembilan.
