Section 111. Unlawful use of air space above Majlis land.

Any person who without lawful authority uses or occupies the air space above Majlis land by erecting, maintaining or occupying a roof, canopy, bridge or any other structure shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
