ADMINISTRATION OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (STATE OF SELANGOR) ENACTMENT 2003

PART I
PRELIMINARY


Section 1. Short title and commencement.


(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of the Religion of Islam (State of Selangor) Enactment 2003.

(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the Gazette.

(3) His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts of this Enactment.
