ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1993 CRIMINAL OFFENCES IN THE SYARAK ENACTMENT 1991
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment maybe cited as the Criminal Offences in the Syarak Enactment 1991 and shall come into force on such date as the Ruler may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that the Ruler may appoint different dates by notification in the Gazette for the coming into force of the different sections or parts in this Enactment.
