PART II - OFFENCES
Section 17. Prostituting wife or child.
(1) Any husband who prostitutes his wife or allows her to become a prostitute shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(2) Any parent or guardian who prostitutes his child or children under his custody or allows his child or children under his custody to prostitute shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
