Section 79. Religious Enforcement Officers.
The Majlis may appoint from amongst the members of the State public service or joint service a Chief Religious Enforcement Officer and Religious Enforcement Officers to carry out the investigation of offences under this Enactment or under any other written law which prescribes offences against the precepts of the religion of Islam.
