PART II - OFFENCES
Section 42. Failure to comply with order of Court.
Any person who fails to comply with, contravenes, objects to, treats with contempt or refuses to follow any order of a court shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
