PART II - OFFENCES
Section 31. Neglect of statutory duty.
Whoever, being charged by this Enactment with any duty relating to any register, statement, register of payments, certificate or any other written document, fails to perform the duty or performs it in a manner contrary to law or wrongly, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
