Section 94. Dishonestly making a false claim before a Court.

Any person who fraudulently, or dishonestly or with intent to injure or annoy any person, makes before a Court any claim which he knows to be false shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
