PART II - OFFENCES
Section 20. Selling or giving away child.
(1) Any parent or guardian who is found selling, giving away or delivering his child or children under his care to any person who is not a Muslim shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(2) The selling, giving away or delivery of the child shall be void and the Court may order the child to be put under custody of any fit and proper person or a welfare home.
