PART II - OFFENCES
Section 22. Encouraging maksiat.
Any person who organises, persuades or encourages anyone to do any act of maksiat shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
