Any person who worships beach, tree, open space, grave, forest, hill or any person or any thing in any manner contrary to Hukum Syarak, for any purpose shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court may order that the apparatus or building or construction used for the worshipping be destroyed.
