Section 3. Saving of prerogative.
Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate from or affect the rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State of Selangor as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Selangor, 1959.
