CONVERSION TO THE RELIGION OF ISLAM
Section 115. Offence of giving false information.
Any person who, in an application for registration under section 111, or in response to any request for information or evidence made by the Registrar under that section, wilfully furnishes to the Registrar any false or misleading information or evidence shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
