EXECUTION OF WILL
Section 8. Bequest to places of worship or other institutions.
A will may be made to places of worship, benevolent institution, academic institutions or any other institution which is beneficial to the public welfare in general and where such will is made without specifying the object, it shall be applied for general charitable purposes.
