PART II - OFFENCES
Section 8. Instigating married woman or man to divorce or to neglect duties and responsibilities.
Any person who instigates, forces or persuades any married woman or man to be divorced or to neglect his or her duties and his or her responsibilities to his or her spouse shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
