Section 113A. Offence relating to khutbah.
(1) Any person who reads or conveys khutbah without permission from the Majlis shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both.
(2) Any person who reads or conveys khutbah other than khutbah prepared or issued or distributed or certified by the Majlis shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both.
